Living Coasts is the UK’s only Coastal Zoo, we are home to a fantastic array of marine species including South American fur seals, African penguins, macaroni penguins, stingrays, tufted puffins and puffer fish.

2009 is shaping up to be a fantastic year to day visit Living Coasts. Throughout the year we have a wide selection of special events and new features planned. The arrival of a collection of beautiful seahorses, that will be residing in our new and inspiring ‘Local Coasts’ exhibit, due to open in July will make our collection even more exciting.

Living Coasts is also home to Tradewinds Shop which houses a fantastic array of products from plush toys to jewellery including a wide range of Fairtrade products.

The cafe at Living Coasts combines great food with majestic views of Torbay.
Entry to both the cafe and Tradewinds is free of charge to the public.
