The National Maritime Museum details inspirational stories of exploration, discovery and endeavour from Britain’s seafaring past as well as examining the continuing effects the oceans still have on the world today. See Nelson’s bullet-pierced coat from his final, fatal battle and discover the courage shown by Franklin and Scott on their famous polar expeditions, all at the world’s largest maritime museum.
Admission is free. There may be charges for some special events and exhibitions.
Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.
