The Pendon Museum recaptures scenes showing the beauty of the English countryside as it used to be in the 1930s. Colourful, miniature cottages, farms, fields and lanes recall the peaceful country ways of the era and represent the many real homes and villages that existed in The Vale of The White Horse at the time.
The landscapes and locomotives are painstakingly hand built by world reknown expert modelers, offering a fascinating record of railways at the time, including the Great Western Railway.
Ideal for families as well as rail and modelling enthusiasts, this is a 'must see' tourist attraction that's unique to the world.
