About the Attraction
The Regency villa is home to an extensive collection of fine paintings, furniture, porcelain and silver, displayed in the reception rooms and galleries. There are extensive grounds, a walled rose garden, lawns and landscape walks.

Enjoy the stunning formal gardens open 7 days a week all year around and follow the landscape walks around the estate, picking up a leaflet from our visitor reception. Here you will find a tracker pack or seasonal exploration trail for children to enjoy. If they are feeling energetic visit the Squirrels Corner Adventure Play Area.

Visit the reception rooms inside the House and view the collection of paintings, furniture and photographs. The House is open Wednesdays to Sundays from 14 March to 1 November.

If you want to relax a little play croquet between May and September, and for a small additional charge you can enjoy a game on one of Mrs Greville’s Croquet Courts. Booking is recommended. Or take your dog for a walk. Dogs are allowed under close control on the wider estate and on a lead in some parts of the formal Gardens.

Our National Trust Farm Shop, Gift Shop and Restaurant are all open 7 days a week all year round.
