Ashdown Forest Llama Park in East Sussex is home to over 100 beautiful llamas and alpacas, and five reindeer. You can see these friendly animals at close range in barns as well as grazing in the paddocks as you take a peaceful walk around the 30 acre grounds.
There is also a picnic area, children’s adventure play area and Llama Information Barn where you can watch a DVD to learn more about llamas and alpacas.
The Coffee Shop, with lovely views and a patio area, serves Fairtrade tea and coffee, delicious Sussex cream teas and light lunches. The Shop sells a wide range of alpaca knitwear and accessories, Pachamama Fairtrade sheep’s wool sweaters for adults and children, and colourful Fairtrade Tagua (vegetable ivory) jewellery. There are also lots of American crafts and an extensive selection of local Sussex books and maps.
