Mini Meadows Farm is a lovely children’s farm park on the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire border.
Nestled in 12 acres of rolling countryside in the village of Welford, Mini Meadows Farm provides a fun, educational and great value family day out for adults and children alike, whatever the weather.
Embark on an adventure where you can meet and feed our lovely animals, each with their own unique personality, as well as explore the indoor and outdoor play areas. Plus, watch your little ones burst with joy in our specially designed soft play area, offering a safe and entertaining space for their boundless energy.
During your visit, indulge in the culinary delights at our café, where delicious food and refreshing drinks await to tantalise your tastebuds. Whether you’re here for a family outing or celebrating your little one’s Birthday, our venue provides the perfect backdrop with spectacular views to enhance your experience.
Throughout the year, we also host a variety of events to add an extra layer of excitement, and we warmly welcome school and group visits, as well as birthday parties, ensuring memorable moments for everyone. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We are open every day (apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day) with three arrival times to choose from: 10am, 12 noon or 2pm. These session times are guide so don’t worry if you are running late, we won’t turn you away. Whichever session time you book, you can still stay until the end of the day.
Christmas/New Year opening times: Early closing at 3pm on Christmas Eve, closed all day 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st Jan.

We recommend purchasing tickets online, which are subject to a £1.50 booking fee. You can turn up on the day without pre-booking, but due to capacity limits, especially on busy event days, you may be turned away without a pre-booked ticket. Pre-booking is cheaper too. Please note, that for entry to the farm without pre-booked tickets, an additional £1.50 per person will be added to each entry fee.
