All tickets for todays date will be automatically removed from the website at 10am (the time of opening). After this, all tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day.
Please note we are a family theme park and do not admit adult only groups in to the park.

Ticket Information and Terms and Conditions
– Tickets bought online are non-refundable for any reason. In the case of lockdowns enforcing park closure due to Government restrictions, tickets can be moved to an alternative date.
– Online tickets are date specific and are only valid on the date which is booked.
– We are unable to accept tickets on different dates at the entrance kiosk.
– To change the date on your ticket: This needs to be done 24 hours before your visit. You will need to call Twinlakes Reception Team on 01664 567777 who will be able to change your booking.
PARK INFORMATION
– Children under 95cms are free entry. On arrival, children found to be 95cm and above will pay the normal entrance price.
– Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years or over. On arrival, ID stating date of birth may be required if the adult appears to be under 18 years of age.
– Carers Entry – We offer free carers entry to customers who are able to supply a valid Personal Independent Payment (PIP) or Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letter or a letter from your consultant.
Some rides and attractions may close in adverse weather conditions.
