Fullers Mill is an enchanting and tranquil waterside retreat spanning seven-acres.
Fullers Mill Garden
It combines light dappled woodland with a fabulous collection of rare and unusual shrubs, perennials, lilies and marginal plants, enhanced by the reflective cooling waters of the River Lark, Millpond and Culford Stream. The late creator of the garden, Bernard Tickner MBE spent over 50 years designing and making the garden, working particularly with plant form and texture in addition to colour, to build a garden of truly year-round interest.
In 2013, the garden was gifted to Perennial so that the garden could live on and continue to be enjoyed by the public. Whilst there, treat yourself to tea, coffee and delicious homemade cakes in The Bothy Tea Room, pick up a souvenir gift or take a bit of the garden home with you by purchasing one of the plants propagated on site.
