Meet Father Christmas at Knockhatch Adventure Park this December!

Father Christmas invites your family to meet him in his new Grotto in Froggies Indoor Soft Play Building!

Make sure you have read all of the terms and conditions on this page before purchasing your Father Christmas Grotto tickets at the entrance.

Father Christmas will be feeding his reindeer between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm, so the Grotto will be closed.

Price
£9.99 (per child)

Tickets will be sold at the Entrance, Gift Shop and in Froggies Soft Play on the day of your visit.

Any child, regardless of age, entering the Grotto needs to have a ticket purchased for them.

This includes a hand wrapped present for each child & time with Father Christmas.

Due to the size of the Grotto the maximum group size is 10 people. Adults do not require a Grotto ticket to enter.

The Father Christmas Grotto ticket does not include entry into Knockhatch Adventure Park.

Without an entrance ticket to the Park you will not be allowed through to visit Father Christmas.

Adults and children have to have Park entry tickets.

Knockhatch Adventure Park does not guarantee a time if you miss your slot, you will be given another number and you will start the virtual queue again.

Father Christmas wants to give you all a great experience, so please be patient.

There may be a long wait, we suggest you make sure you are in Froggies at least five numbers before your number is called.

Father Christmas also has to take a break to go and feed his reindeer so the experiences will stop for an hour between 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm.

Knockhatch Adventure Park entrance tickets must be purchased separately on the gate or online.

The Queue
1. Once you have purchased your Father Christmas Grotto ticket(s), please go to Froggies.
2. The Elves will check your ticket and give you a number for the virtual queue.
3. We suggest you arrive 5 numbers before you are due to enter.
4. The Elves will call your number and you can enter the Grotto!

Annual Pass Holders
All Annual Pass Holder children wishing to visit Father Christmas, regardless of age, entering the Grotto needs to have a ticket purchased for them.

*There is also a 10% Annual Pass discount for the Father Christmas Grotto. Please show your child's Annual Pass when you purchase the tickets on the gate or in Froggies. This discount is only for Annual Pass members to redeem and use with Annual Pass children. The annual pass price is £9.00.
