Come and join in the fun with us at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway this Christmas. Get in the festive spirit as you and your family start your adventure at our beautifully decorated Pickering Station. You’ll be greeted by twinkling lights, real Christmas trees and the joyful sounds of Christmas music filling the air.

Take a Christmas selfie, visit our charming Christmas tea rooms for an indulgent treat, or browse our Christmas Emporium for more unique Christmas gifts, plus children will have the chance to visit our festive Signal Box.

Meet Santa On-Board
The highlight of your day will be meeting Santa on board a festive steam train ride. Each child will receive a unique Edmondson railway ticket, a nod to the traditional way to record railway fares, as a keepsake of their journey, along with a limited-edition soft toy and more to take home to remember their special day.

Wheelchair users and their travel companions: A dedicated wheelchair space in our Fuss Free carriage with fold down seats for their travel companions.
