Dock Road, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4UB

27th November - 24th December

Make this Christmas truly magical with a visit to Santa’s enchanting Grotto!

Step inside our traditional Christmas grotto and let the festive excitement begin. Little ones will enjoy a special story time with Mrs Claus, take part in fun activities with Santa’s cheerful elves, and then share their own magical moment with Santa Claus himself — complete with an early Christmas gift to take home.

The festive fun continues afterwards, as every child receives a Christmas lunchbox filled with a selection of sandwiches, crisps and a drink, while grown-ups can relax and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or coffee.

And because Christmas memories are priceless, you are welcome to take as many photos as you like throughout the experience — capturing every smile, sparkle and magical moment without any extra cost.

This joyful festive experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, giving families plenty of time to soak up the Christmas atmosphere.

Book your place now and get ready for a Christmas experience full of wonder, laughter and festive cheer. One vehicle per booking also receives complimentary parking.
