Chinese New Year Celebrations at National Horseracing Museum

The National Horseracing Museum, in partnership with Cambridge Chinese Community Centre, will host a community-focused Chinese New Year celebration marking the Year of the Horse on Tuesday 17th February 2026.

Designed as a family-friendly cultural event, the programme brings together cultural activities, Chinese traditional food and performances, and participatory experiences that highlight the traditions and contemporary expressions of Chinese New Year.

Set within the unique context of the National Horseracing Museum, the event aims to engage diverse audiences, encourage cultural learning and experience, and foster community connection, while reflecting the Horse’s symbolism of vitality and progress.

All activities are included within general admission to the Museum. Chinese cuisine will be available to purchase at the event.
